At naivetu, we stand behind the quality of our electronics and offer a 30-day return window to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and serial numbers intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into your naivetu account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Package

  Securely pack the device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and components are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and functionality, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
